We guarantee the delivery of high-quality products by well-trained and competent staff. At Tania, we value your time, so orders will be delivered promptly without delay (according to our capacity).
Order Registration: Orders can be registered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Delivery Times:
Daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
During Ramadan: from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Saturday to Thursday.
Delivery: Deliveries will be made as quickly as possible within the time specified by the customer and the designated time frame after the goods have been prepared and the order handed over to the driver, from Saturday to Thursday. However, some delays may occur due to factors such as bad weather, traffic conditions, or technical issues beyond our control.
In case any products are unavailable or if there is an issue with delivery, we will contact the customer via the registered phone number.
Payment Methods: Tania offers flexible payment methods where the customer has the right to choose the method that suits them best:
'Cash on Delivery' - Cash payment.
Cash on Delivery - Bank card payment.

Tania reserves the right to prosecute anyone who uses the application fraudulently or attempts other illegal activities and to recover the cost of products or legal fees from individuals using the site fraudulently.

The application is provided 'as is' without any type of warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

- Fraud or misrepresentation.
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Offers and Discounts:
Offers and discounts are applied according to company policy, and the tax is calculated on the full amount after the discount.
Tax:
Taxes are calculated according to the policy of the Kingdom and the regulations followed by the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority in Saudi Arabia.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- You can return the water within 3 days of purchase as indicated on the invoice, provided it is returned in its original condition without use.
- Products cannot be returned after 3 days from the date of purchase on the invoice, and exchanges are not accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Return conditions: The water must be in its original condition at the time of receipt, and the product or its sealed packaging (carton, shrink, or gallon) must not be opened. In the case of any defect due to misuse or improper storage by the customer, we apologize for not accepting the return for health reasons. The original purchase invoice or a copy must be provided. If a product has a clear manufacturing defect, it will be replaced or returned according to the company's policy. Part of the products in a single invoice can be returned if a clear defect is found.
- Please ensure in all cases to attach a complaint with a photo of the damaged product to verify its condition, and the product or its sealed packaging should not be opened.
- Accepting the complaint by the customer service team means that processing refunds, whether in cash or via credit cards, will take up to 14 working days, depending on the situation, and this period may increase in the event of an emergency, official holiday, or technical obstacle.
- In all return and exchange cases, the product must be in its original packaging, and any product that does not meet this condition will not be accepted.
- You can contact us through the unified number (920022000) or via the application or the website, and you will be informed of all the return and exchange procedures.
- Products included in discounts and offers cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a defect in the product.
Loyalty Points Policy:
You can earn points on purchases made through the Tania Water app. Points can only be used for purchases via the Tania Water app and cannot be used or redeemed at other stores. Earned points have an expiration date and cannot be used after the period has expired. Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Tania Water reserves the right to make changes or cancel the loyalty points program at any time at its discretion. The store also reserves the right to cancel any points earned through unlawful means and cancel any orders processed using these points. This includes cases such as misuse of customer coupons or repeated use of the same coupon by one customer, or for any other reason that the store deems contrary to the goals of the loyalty points program.
Electronic Coupon (Voucher) Policy:
- The value of the coupon (electronic voucher) cannot be refunded or exchanged if it has been used or benefited from in any way.
- Coupons purchased and not used can be returned within a maximum period of 3 days from the purchase date.
- Coupons that have been used and included in discounts and offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Coupons (electronic vouchers) are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
